For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns of opened or used personal care Products except where they are faulty or not as described.

If you are a UK or EU consumer buying online, you may have a legal “cooling‑off” period for certain purchases. However, this may not apply to sealed personal care Products that have been opened after delivery.
