Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom and the European Union.
- UK standard shipping (3–5 business days): £3.99
- Free UK shipping on orders from £30 (2+ bottles)
- EU standard shipping: €11.95
- Free EU shipping on orders from €50 (3+ bottles)
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. You'll receive a Royal Mail tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
EU orders: import VAT is calculated and collected at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
The six-week guarantee
Use the shampoo for six weeks. If it isn't for you, email us and we'll refund what you paid — and you keep the bottle.
No return, no postage, no form to fill in. Open it, use it properly, and if you're not convinced, tell us within eight weeks of delivery and the money goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Two sensible limits, so we can afford to keep offering it: one guarantee refund per customer, and it covers a single bottle — if you bought a multipack, we refund the price of one bottle and you keep the rest.
Why we do this: a shampoo built on botanicals needs consistent use before you can judge it, and we would rather you actually finished the bottle than sent back a half-used one because you were unsure after a week. This guarantee is offered voluntarily, in addition to your legal rights below — not instead of them.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the bottle must be unused and unopened, with the seal intact and in its original packaging — a legal requirement for cosmetics, for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item? That's on us, opened or not. Contact us at support@netriva.net as soon as you notice and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
EU customers also have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in line with EU consumer law. The same hygiene exception applies to opened products.
Please contact us before sending anything back — items returned without an agreed return will not be accepted. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
