• Free shipping on orders from £30

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your product, please contact us at support@netriva.net within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to help.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened products unless they are faulty.
