What if it doesn't work for me?
Then you don't pay for it. Use the shampoo for six weeks; if it isn't for you, email us within eight weeks of delivery and we'll refund what you paid — and you keep the bottle. No return, no postage. What ingredients do you use?
Our products are made with natural ingredients including rosemary, nettle, He Shou Wu and ginger. Free from parabens, silicones and artificial fragrances.

Will it stop my hair falling out?
We don't claim that, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Netriva is a cosmetic shampoo: it cleanses gently and supports the look and feel of a healthy scalp. It is not a medicine and does not treat medical hair or scalp conditions. If you're worried about hair loss, speak to a GP or a dermatologist.

Are your products suitable for all hair types?
Yes. Our formulas are gentle and suitable for all hair types, including dry, oily and sensitive scalps.

How long does shipping take?
UK orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. EU delivery times vary by country. Every order ships with Royal Mail tracking.

Will I pay customs or VAT on an EU order?
No. Import VAT is calculated and collected at checkout, so your parcel arrives with nothing left to pay.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes, three ways. The six-week guarantee above covers you if the shampoo simply isn't for you. Separately, you have 30 days from delivery to return an unopened bottle with the seal intact, which is standard for cosmetics. And if a product arrives damaged, faulty or it's the wrong item, we'll refund or replace it whether it's opened or not. EU customers also have a 14-day right to cancel. How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We are 100% vegan and cruelty-free, and never test on animals.

How long does one bottle last?
A 250 ml bottle lasts roughly six weeks with regular use.

When are the conditioner, mask and serum coming?
