Shipping Policy
At Netriva, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders are freshly processed and dispatched directly from London, United Kingdom, via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates, Benefits and Delivery Times
United Kingdom (Domestic): FREE Shipping on orders from £30. Standard shipping for orders under £30 is calculated at checkout. Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days after dispatch.
European Union (International): FREE Tracked Shipping on orders from €40 (approx. £35). For orders under €40, a standard flat rate applies (calculated at checkout based on current exchange rates). Delivery times are estimated between 5 to 10 business days.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on courier issues, weather, or customs clearance delays in the destination country.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please note that for orders delivered outside the United Kingdom (including the European Union), your package may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are collected by your local postal service upon delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
We may not be able to ship to certain locations, including P.O. boxes, extremely remote areas, or countries affected by international courier limitations.
Tracking Information
Every international order is sent via a Tracked service. You will automatically receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order is delayed, please check your tracking link first, or contact the courier if the package is in transit. Reach out to us if the issue is not resolved. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is 100% correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
